1 January 2007In celebration of the composer's 75th birthday, pianist Mark Knoop presents all four of Lumsdaine's piano works: Kelly Ground (1966), often regarded as a masterpiece; Ruhe sanfte, sanfte Ruh' (1974); Cambewarra (1980); Six Postcard Pieces (1994); plus music by two composers who influenced him - J.S. Bach and Don Banks. The concert is on Friday 19th January 2007 at 7.30pm in the Great Hall at King's College, London WC2R 2LS. Admission is free.
