UYMP are please to announce the appointment of Philip Venables as their new Promotions Manager. He is based in London and will work to raise the profile of the varied UYMP Catalogue and Composers in London, the U.K. and Europe.
Philip Venables appointed as Promotions Manager
1 March 2005This is an exciting step for UYMP as they continue to expand their catalogue and build on their international collection with existing UYMP composers such as Jo Kondo, Thomas Simaku and Sadie Harrison. This is also a timely fixture for the approaching 2006 centenary celebrations of that great British composer, teacher and classic eccentric, Elisabeth Lutyens. Her entire Olivan catalogue is held by UYMP.
Philip is a composer and freelance arts manager, living and working in London. Currently, he is also the General Manager of the world-class ensemble, ENDYMION, and holds the Manson Fellowship in Composition at the Royal Academy of Music. He can be contacted on 020 8985 5529 or phil@sequenza.info about all things relating to UYMP.
