Dr Rhiannon Mathias 'The Blest Trio' talk at RCM

Dr Rhiannon Mathias will this week give a talk on the music of Elisabeth Lutyens, Elizabeth Maconchy, and Grace Williams, with performances by soprano Carola Darwin.

The event takes place on Thursday 6 December 2012, at 5:15pm in Royal College of Music Museum. Part of the Grove Forum series, the event explores the impact of three of the RCM's former students on 20th-century British music. The event is free, but tickets are required. The talk elaborates the research Dr Mathias accomplished for her book, published in May this year by Ashgate.
